Mindfulness changed my life more than 15 years ago- I went from being stressed out and sick, to having tools that could help me feel better. Years ago, I made it my mission to others who feel stressed and overwhelmed. It stated with my own life, then I began to research mindfulness, and now I’m bringing the practice of mindfulness to you- in a way that will fit into your life.
What is Everyday Mindfulness?
I know you are busy and stressed. I want to show you a way to feel better, that once you learn the tools can be used anywhere, at any time. These tools are meant to be used in your busy life. They are simple tools- but don’t let that deceive you. They are also powerful. You’ll learn:
